Peace Together: weekly sewing group

Looking for a friendly group and place to come and sew? 
After a successful trial we are pleased to announce we would like to run some more sewing sessions open to all.  At a slightly later time of 1–4pm on Thursdays.
Penny will be leading the group, she can guide you through a sewing project you may want help with, or teach you about patchwork and quilting. Help yourself to the kettle. We just ask for a suggested donation of £7.50 (that’s £2.50 an hour) each week to cover the costs of the cabin and refreshments, this is volunatarily run by The Maker's Place. 
Being creative can have major health benefits, socially, mentally and physically.

This session is open to all, under 16 year olds to be accompanied by an adult please. 
 
We have some sewing machines you can use or bring your own if you prefer.
